Terrence W. Miller

Terrence W. “Terry” Miller, 80, of Toluca passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at OSF Center for Health, Streator.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, September 21, 2026 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Toluca, with Pastor William Callister officiating. Burial will follow in St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Toluca. Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 PM Sunday at the church and for one hour prior to services Monday. Hagi & Schultz Funeral Home, Streator, IL is in charge of arrangements.

Terry was born June 2, 1946 in Streator, a son of Willis H. and Mary E. (Marchesi) Miller. He married Carol E. Holz on June 24, 1967 in Peoria. She survives.

Also surviving are three children, Amy (Todd) Henry of Normal, Todd Miller of Bloomington, and Tara Miller of Normal; 5 grandchildren, Reid (Katie Terrell) Henry, Emma Henry, Ava (Triston Dugger) Henry, Ben Hays, and Rowan Hilliard; a brother, Kenny (Mary) Miller of Toluca; a sister-in-law, Bea Miller of Wenona; and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Richard Miller; a grandson, Ross Henry; and a nephew, Christopher Miller.

Terry was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Toluca. He was currently an Alderman for the City of Toluca for 14 years, a Toluca School Board Member and was a member of the first Fieldcrest School Board.

He had retired from Caterpillar after 35 years and later went to work at Wenona State Bank for 10 years and had been on the bank board for 21 years.
