Sheryl Soule

STREATOR- Sheryl L. Soule 71 of Streator died Wednesday morning (Nov. 20, 2013) at her daughter’s home in Soddy Daisy, Tennessee.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday at Hagi Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Haley, officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00-5:00 PM Sunday at Hagi Funeral Home. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery, Streator.
Mrs. Soule was born July 25, 1942 in Streator the daughter of Virgil and Marie (Wahl) McCumsey. She married Terry Soule, May 29, 1974 in Peoria. He preceded her in death Nov. 14, 2005.
Sheryl had been employed at Owens-Illinois Glass Co. Streator and while living in Georgia was a hostess at a Ruby Tuesday’s restaurant. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Streator. Sherri attended Streator grade schools and received her GED certificate in 1983 from Jonesboro Georgia High School.
She is survived by two daughters, Kimberly (Michael) Mooney, Soddy Daisy, TN, Barbara (David) Walker, Grand Rapids, MI, four grandchildren, one stepson, Terry Lee Soule, three brothers, Virgil “Skip” McCumsey, Lee (Sandy) McCumsey and Roger McCumsey all of Streator.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Pallbearers will be grandsons, Joshua and Colin Mooney and nephews, Brian, Mike, Randy and Brad McCumsey.
Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church or to the donor’s choice.
