Shain R. Copeland

Our son, Shain Robert Copeland, tragically passed away on Wednesday, November 2, 2022. 

He leaves behind his mother and stepfather, Denise and Robert Lepore of Streator; one step-brother, James Lepore of Streator; and two brothers, Carl Copeland of Streator and Matthew Copeland of Florida.  He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, who he absolutely adored.

He was preceded in death by a half-brother, Charles Lawton, who’s death profoundly affected Shain.

Rest in peace our son gone way to soon.  A gentle soul with a heart of gold.  A loving son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend.  He will be missed by those that deeply loved him the most.  He will forever be in our hearts.

Cremation rites have been accorded and a graveside service will be at a later date in Riverview Cemetery.  Hagi & Schultz Funeral Home, Streator is assisting the family with arrangements.
