Ryder Mauk

Ryder Duprie Mauk, 5 weeks, of Streator passed away suddenly at 4:39 AM Monday (May 15, 2017) at O.S.F. Center for Health in Streator.

A visitation will be held from 9-11 AM Friday at the Hagi & Baker Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Friday at the funeral home.  Rev. Robert Johnson of Calvary Baptist Church in Ottawa will officiate.

Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery.

He was born April 7, 2017 in Ottawa to Mike Mauk and Yolanda L. Williams.

He is survived by his parents, 2 sisters:  Modisty and Keisha; a brother Cameron and his maternal grandmother, Earlene Williams of Streator.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Charles Williams and his paternal grandparents, Michael and Donalda Mauk.
