Rosemary "Chicki" Hagerty

Rosemary A. “Chicki” Hagerty, 84, of Streator passed away at 6:25 AM Friday February 2, 2018 at Heritage Health and Rehabilitation Center, Streator.

Visitation for Rosemary will be 4 to 7 P.M. Friday at the Hagi & Baker Funeral Home, Streator. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday at the funeral home with Rev. Ann Ferguson of 1st United Methodist Church officiating.  Burial will follow in St Mary’s Cemetery, Streator. Pallbearers will be her grandsons.

Rosemary was born on Feb 21, 1933 in Mackinaw Township to Cecil C. and Mary Estelle (Bratcher) Henderson.  She married Richard “Dick” Hagerty on Aug 19, 1989 at St. Joseph Church in Wedron IL.

She is survived by 5 children; Susan (Jack Bodznick) Brown of Streator, Gene (Patricia) Bacha of Streamwood, Gregg LeRoy of Plainfield, Todd (Sherri) LeRoy of Ransom and Lori (Larry) Escalanta of Oologah, Ok. 14 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 2 brothers; Robert (Joann) Henderson of Geneseo and Maurice (Mary) Henderson of Streator.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband on Sept 26, 1997 a Son; Bradley Bacha, Sister Eileen Reed and Brother Marvin ‘Bud” Henderson.

She graduated with the Lostant High School class of 1950.  She was also a member of the Streator Moose Lodge 371 and Knights of Columbus ladies Auxiliary.
