Rosemary Bradley

Rosemary Bradley, 92 of Streator passed away peacefully Thursday evening, December 7, 2023 at the Pavilion of Ottawa surrounded by family.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at Hagi & Schultz Funeral Home, Streator, with Pastor Paul Arnold officiating.  Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery, Streator.  Pallbearers will be Jeff Bradley, Alex Bradley, David Bradley, Chad Wissen, Kevin Porter, and Paul Werner.  Visitation will be held from 9:00 to 11:00 AM Tuesday prior to services at the funeral home.

Rosemary was born March 9, 1931 in Streator, a daughter of Harold and Lillian (Stasell) Mortland.  She married Raymond Pete Bradley on September 17, 1957 in Streator.  He preceded her in death on April 8, 2005.

Surviving are three sons, Brian (Jayne Corsini) Bradley of Kernan, Brent (Laura) Bradley of Streator, and Blair (Kathi Kreier) Bradley of Las Vegas; two grandsons, Jeff (Megan) Bradley and Alex Bradley; and a great granddaughter, Elowen Bradley.  She is also survived by her foster daughter, Amber (Paul) Werner of Ottawa; a sister, Nancy (James, deceased) Beveridge of Alton, IA; and her helper and special friend, Liz Benning.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Brandi Bradley; and a sister, Elaine Williams.

She was a former member of the Grace United Methodist Church in Streator.  She was very active in the church teaching and supervising Sunday School.  She was also member of the Triple C and Builders Club at the church.

Rosemary worked for the Murphy’s & Bradleys’ Auction Services.  She loved being outdoors, working in her flower gardens and filling her bird feeders.
