Robert D. Erickson

Robert Duane Erickson, 86, of Streator passed away Sunday, December 10, 2023 at the Parker Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Streator.

Cremation rites will be accorded and burial of ashes will be in El Rancho Pioneer Cemetery, Simi Valley, CA.  Hagi & Schultz Funeral Home, Streator is assisting the family with arrangements.

Robert was born April 18, 1937 in Beach, North Dakota, a son of Carl Louis John and Ethel Viola (Tangen) Erickson.  He was married to the former Edna Stallings for 31 years.  She preceded him in death on August 15, 1999.

He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Shannon (Ronnie) Yocum of Pryor, OK; six grandchildren, Brittany Yocum, Brandi Yocum, Ronnie Yocum Jr., Catarina Wood, Demetria Alves, and Neenah Alves; and 11 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Edna; a son, Donn Erickson; a daughter, Kel-lea Goodchild; and a granddaughter, Tiana Alves.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
