Nancy Kimes

Nancy A. Kimes 79 of Ottawa formerly of Streator died Thursday morning (Mar. 24, 2011) at Ottawa Regional Medical Center , Ottawa .
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday at Hagi Funeral Home, Streator with Father Mark Geisler officiating. Visitation will be held from 2:00-5:00 PM Sunday at Hagi Funeral Home. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery, Streator.
Nancy was born Nov. 9, 1931 in Streator the daughter of John R. and Ann (Bakalar) Pickworth. She married Willard Rinker May 10, 1954 in Grand Ridge. He preceded her in death Aug. 15, 1963. She later married Fred Kimes.
Nancy had been employed at the Cheese Shop, Ottawa and was the former co-owner and operator of Kimes Kitchen, Grand Ridge. She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church, and St. Mary’s Hospital Auxiliary, both of Streator. She attended Streator grade schools and was a graduate of Streator High School , class of 1949.
She is survived by two daughters, Bobbi (Jim) Lacke, Grand Ridge and Kelly (Flip) Pandolfi, Ottawa, five grandchildren, Matt Lacke, Brian (Rachel) Lacke, Chaz, Leslie and Sam Pandolfi.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one brother, John Pickworth.
Pallbearers will be Matt and Brian Lacke, Rachel Huss, Chaz, Leslie and Sam Pandolfi.
Memorials may be made to the Grand Ridge Fire Department.
