Mary Barry

Mary A. Barry, 73, of Streator passed away at 5:51 PM Monday (December 9, 2019) at her residence.

A memorial visitation will be held from 4-6 PM Sunday at the Hagi & Baker Funeral Home.

Memorial services will be held at 6 PM Sunday at the funeral home.  Rev. William Callister of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church will officiate.

Cremation rites have been accorded.

She was born on December 23, 1945 in Streator to Lester & Jessie (Worrells) Vivian.

She is survived by her children:  Kurt (Rebecca) Barry, Annette Barry, Glen (Jennifer) Barry and Holly Barry all of Streator; 7 grandchildren: 2 great grandchildren and one great granddaughter due in March and a sister, Sharon Weiss of Clearwater, FL.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Gail Araujo.

She graduated from Streator Township High School and had formerly worked at Model Paris and McDonald’s both in Streator.

Mary loved to crochet, play bingo, going to McDonalds, having a pop, playing cards, playing on her tablet, coloring and doing puzzles.

Memorials may be directed to any Breast Cancer Awareness foundations.
