Lucille A.”Lucy” Schultz 91 of Streator died Saturday morning (Jan. 15, 2011) at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Streator.
Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 AM Thursday at St. Michael the Archangel Church , Streator with Monsignor John Prendergast officiating. Visitation will be from 8:30-9:30 AM Thursday at the Church. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery, Streator. Hagi Funeral Home, Streator is in charge of arrangements.
Lucy was born Nov. 13, 1919 in Streator the daughter of Joseph and Anna (Fetsko) Bundy. She married Donald W. Armstrong who died while serving with the US Army in France during WWII. She later married Emmett B. Schultz, Mar. 26, 1960 in Streator. He preceded her in death Oct. 27, 1992.
She was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Church , Streator and had attended St. Stephen’s School.
She is survived by three daughters, Donna (Maurice) Zweber, Columbia KY, Jean (Michael) Renner and Shelly (Terry) Muntz, both of Streator, two sons, Ken (Mary Lou) Armstrong and Brian (Janice) Schultz both of Streator, fifteen grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren, two sisters, Mary Ann (Martin) Chergosky, Minnesota and Dorothy Bundy, Lockport, one brother, Edward (Irene) Bundy, California.
She was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, two sisters, Virginia Boswell and Evelyn Iverson, three brothers, Joe, Jack and George Bundy and one grandson, Tony Harcar Jr.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
