Lois Wright

STREATOR-  Lois M. Wright 91 of Streator died Thursday morning (Feb. 14, 2013) at Heritage Health, Streator.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 AM Monday at St. Michael the Archangel Church, Streator with Rev. Dustin Schultz, officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00-5:00 PM Sunday at Hagi Funeral Home with the Rosary recited at 4:30 PM Sunday. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Streator.
Mrs. Wright was born March 3, 1921 in Wenona, the daughter of Adolph and Wanda (Milbrant) Kline.
She married James Wright Oct. 29, 1943 in Streator. He preceded her in death June 1, 1990.
Lois had been a nurse’s aid at St. Mary’s Hospital for many years prior to her retirement in 1986. She was a member of the former Immaculate Conception Church and currently a member of St. Michael the Archangel Church, Streator. She attended Wenona grade school and was a graduate of Wenona High School Class of 1939.
She is survived by four daughters, Lana McKenzie, Peoria, Rita (Frank) Conway, Ft. Myers FL, Peggy (Buddy) Crouch and Jenny (David) Spillett both of Streator, three sons, James (Judy) Wright, Streator, Kevin Wright, Green Cove Springs FL, Dan (Michelle) Wright, Streator, thirteen grandchildren, fifteen  great grandchildren, one great great grandson and one sister, Betty (James) Sunken, Wenona.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one grandson, Raleigh Crouch, sisters, Alma Kline, Frieda Proud, Ruth and Laura Downing, brothers, Adolph, Lawrence, Lester, Gerhardt and Charles and William (in infancy) Kline.
Pallbearers will be grandsons, William Crouch, Chad Wright and Todd Noon, great grandson, Kyle Munter, sons-in-law, Buddy Crouch and David Spillett.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or St. Michael the Archangel Church.
