Lois Plowman

Lois J. Plowman, 73, of Elizabethton, Tennessee and formerly of Streator passed away at 4:30 AM Saturday (June 8, 2019) at Sycamore Shoals Hospital in Elizabethton.

A visitation will be held from 10-11 AM Tuesday at the Hagi & Baker Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Tuesday at the funeral home.  Rev. Rodney Kreier will officiate.

Interment will be in the Minonk Cemetery in Minonk.

She was born on August 23, 1945 in Streator to Gordon E. & Magdalena (Ruestman) Plowman.

She is survived by two nieces, Christine McKeenan of Elizabethton, TN and Linda Bates of Johnson City, TN and 3 nephews:  Daniel Rafferty of Henry, Darrin Rafferty of Streator and Gordon “Pooder” Plowman of Bloomington.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Phyllis Janke and a brother, Gordon Plowman.

She attended Streator Schools and was a member of Primitive Methodist Church.  Lois like to crochet.
