Lillian I. Lingle

 Lillian Irene Lingle, 107, of Streator, formerly of Elgin, passed away Friday, July 12, 2024 at the Arc at Streator.

 Lillian was born December 5, 1916 in Dongola, IL, a daughter of Aurelius and Ella (Osman) Casey.

 She is survived by a son, David (Linda) Lingle of Seattle, WA; two grandsons, Matthew (Kathleen) Lingle of Santa Fe, NM and Nathan (Rachael) Lingle of Seattle, WA; and nephews, Larry (Phyllis) Toler of Streator, and Jon (Kathy) Casey of Pennsylvania and James (Letty) Casey of Colorado.

 She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Wilma Toler; a brother, Delbert Casey; and her dear friend, Karen Roate.

Lillian was a lifelong quilter who produced and shared many beautiful quilts over the years. Many have become treasured family heirlooms.

There will be private family services at Hillcrest Memorial Park Chapel, Streator. Hagi & Schultz Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
