Lauryn Hood

Lauryn Patricia Hood, 16, of Plantation Key, Florida passed away Wednesday December 21, 2016 in Miami, FL.

A visitation will be held from 9-11 AM Wednesday (January 4, 2016) at the Hagi Funeral Home in Streator.  Cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation.

She was born March 6, 2000 in Fort Myers, Florida to Gerri Hood.

She is survived by her mother of Rockford and siblings:  Gregory (India) Anderson of Jacksonville, FL, Whitley Rodriguez of Orlando, FL, Nicholas (Krystal) Hood of Orlando FL, Sidney Hood of Rockford and Aaliyah Hood of Orlando, FL; her grandmother Rose Wilder of Jacksonville, FL.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Stillman Linebargr.

She was currently a sophomore at Dunbar High School where she was a cheerleader and loved to dance and tell jokes.
