Kenneth A. Holt

Kenneth A. Holt, 69, of Streator passed away Thursday, March 28, 2024, at his home.

A celebration of life will be held from 11:00AM to 12:00PM on Friday, March 5, 2024, at Hagi & Schultz Funeral Home, Streator. Cremation rights have been accorded. 

Memorial contributions may be made to the family. 

Kenneth was born October 8, 1954, in Ottawa, Illinois, a son of Carl K. and Bernice K. (Sibert) Holt. He married Mary Ann Kauth February 14, 1996, in Ottawa, IL.  

Surviving are his wife, Mary Ann Holt, of Streator; three daughters Loretta (Steven Sr.) Yurich, Ruth Holt and Jessica Kauth, all of Streator; a brother, Henry Holt, of Streator; and several grandchildren who loved him dearly. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Loretta Maggard; and two grandchildren.                                                   

 Kenneth worked through the years as a janitor at Streator Unlimited, St. Mary’s Hospital, Omar’s, Wilk’s and the 820 Club. 

Kenneth had a love for his family. He was an avid sports fan and loved a good cup of coffee.
