Judy Lucus

Judy L. Lucus, 74, of Streator, passed away at 6:53 PM Tuesday (July 30, 2019) at O.S.F. St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

A visitation will be held from 9-11 AM Monday at the Hagi & Baker Funeral Home.  Memorial services will be held at 11 AM Monday at the funeral home.  Rev. Rodney Kreier will officiate.

Inurnment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

She was born on January 3, 1945 in Decatur to Russell & Alta (Bolyard) Gass.  She married Leslie Lucus on October 19, 1963.  He survives.

She is also survived by a daughter:  Wanda (Randy) Schmitt of Streator; a grandson, Ryan Schmitt of Streator; a granddaughter:  Kayla Schmitt of Streator; a sister-in-law, Sally Gass of Streator and a brother-in-law, Larry Lucas of Winchester, KY.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Russ Gass.

She attended Woodland Schools and was a bartender having worked at the Oakley Inn, Grand Ridge, Westgate and Dalees.

She enjoyed her family, friends and was the life of the party.  She never met a stranger.

Memorials may be directed to the charity of the donor’s choice.
