Jeffrey Nighswonger

Jeffrey A. Nighswonger, 47, of Streator passed away at 9:17 AM Wednesday (October 9, 2019) at his residence.

A Celebration of his life will be held from 2-4 PM Sunday at the Hagi & Baker Funeral Home.  There will be no funeral services.  Cremation rites have been accorded.

He was born on May 2, 1972 in Streator to Thomas & Sandra (Denmark) Nighswonger.

He is survived by his children:  Tyler (Kayla Sliker) Nighswonger of Flanagan and Natalie Nighswonger of Florence Alabama; a grandson, Carsyn Romig; siblings:  Tom (Leisa) Nighswonger, John (Dana) Nighswonger and Bob (Laura) Nighswonger all of Streator and numerous Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 4 nephews:  Darius Washington, Ryan Nighswonger, Robert Nighswonger Jr. and Keagan Sylvester.

He was a self employed contractor.

Jeff loved to fish, play bags, was an avid card player and a fan of the Chicago Cubs and the New York Jets.
