OTTAWA-  Howard Warren Leonard 46 of Ottawa died Sunday (Mar. 15, 2015) at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Ottawa.
Service of Remembrance will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday at Hagi Funeral Home, Streator with the family receiving friends from 2:00-3:00 PM Saturday at Hagi Funeral Home. Cremation rites have been accorded.
Mr. Leonard was born Sept. 24, 1968 in Streator the son of Sandra (Greenwood) Torres and Charles H. Leonard. He married Lisa Rodriguez, she survives.
Howie was a graduate of Streator High School and had served in the US Army.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa, mother, Sandra (Greenwood) Torres, Streator, children, Laci of Streator and Alexia, Alex and Aaliyah Leonard, Ottawa, stepchildren, Alyssa, Amanda, Allen and Austin Rodriguez, Ottawa, five grandchildren, two sisters, Rhonda Ramme, Niles, Jaci (Michael) Williamson, Streator, one brother, Charles (Zena) Leonard, Streator, a half sister, Rhonda Miller, Streator, step sister, Tracy Greenwood, Rock Island, two step brothers, Jack (Mary) Greenwood Jr., Streator, Jimmy Greenwood, Rock Island, along with many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, step father, Jack Greenwood Sr., Maternal grandparents, Shirley and Clarence Kudrick and Wayne Reynolds, Paternal grandparents, Dwight and Ethel Niblock, step sister, Kim Greenwood, step brother, Donny Greenwood and nephew Justice Williamson.
