Deborah Ann French

Deborah Ann “Debbie” French, 77 of Streator, passed away Monday, September 14, 2026 at the Arc of Streator.

Cremation rites will be accorded. Hagi & Schultz Funeral Home, Streator, IL is in charge of arrangements.

Debbie was born September 1, 1949 in Streator, a daughter of Charles H. and Catherine M. (Phillips) French.

She is survived by her beloved cat, Ollie; her dear friend, Patricia Byrd; and several nieces and nephews, including her favorite nephew, Boo-Boo.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Sharon French; and three brothers, Harry “Skip” French, Jerome French, and Charles French.

Debbie was an entertainer for years in Streator. She performed and worked at various places, including The Pines Restaurant.

Debbie and Patricia’s motto was, “Always Have and Always Will”. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
