Danielle Madsen

Danielle L. “Danie” Madsen, 28 of Streator passed away Saturday, July 17, 2021 at OSF Center for Health, Streator.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, July 22, 2021 at Hagi Funeral Home, Streator.  Visitation will be for one hour prior to services Thursday at the funeral home.  Cremation rites will be accorded following the services.  Memorial contributions may be made to For the Love of Pets.

Danie was born March 4, 1993 in Chicago, a daughter of Richard and Karen (Snyder) Madsen.

She is survived by her father, Richard Madsen; her mother, Karen McCumsey; step-father, Marshall McCumsey, all of Streator; three brothers, James (Jess McAlpine) Merutka, Scott Madsen and Lucas McCumsey, all of Streator; a sister, Samantha (Danny Stephens) McCumsey of Effingham; nieces and nephew, Elise and Ethan Merutka, and soon to be born, Callie Wren.  Also surviving are step-brothers, Richard Madsen and Matthew Madsen; uncles and aunts, Benjamin Gagliardo, Dominic Gagliardo and Victor Gagliardo all of Streator, Dan (Sue) Franke of Indianapolis, IN, Cindy (Mike) Espinosa of Morton Grove, and Patricia Ward of Streator.

Danie was a volunteer at For the Love of Pets.
