Charlotte Holly Shockey Waldrop View, 66, of Spring Hill, Florida, formerly of Seneca, Illinois, Passed away on January 7, 2018 at Baypoint Medical Center in Springhill.
A visitation will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Saint Patrick’s Catholic Church in Seneca, Illinois.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM Saturday at the church.

Interment will be at Mount Hope Cemetery in Seneca, Illinois with a celebration of her life luncheon to follow at Brookfield Township Hall.

Hagi & Baker Funeral Home in Streator is in charge of the arrangements.
Charlotte View was born in Enid Oklahoma to Lois (Beckondorf) and Charles “Homer” Shockey on January 6, 1952.

She went to Seneca High School.
Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband James View, mother Lois (Beckondorf) Shockey and her father Charles “Homer” Shockey; two brothers, one sister and her son Damon Waldrop.

She is survived by her two sons Rory Waldrop of Spring Hill and Nickey Waldrop of Canton, IL; her sister Marion (Shockey) Modesitt of Seneca and a brother Charles (Angie) Shockey of Oglesby.  She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 1 niece, 4 nephews and 11 great nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Nickey Waldrop, Billy Modesitt, Michael Modesitt, Rory Waldrop Jr., Joshua Beckondorf, David Fessler, John Johnson and Donnie Stokes.
Memorials may be directed to the family.
