Streator
Carrell “Totsie” Lowe, 59 of Streator passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Riverview Cemetery, Streator. Cremation rites will be accorded. Hagi & Schultz Funeral Home, Streator have been entrusted with arrangements.
Carrell was born December 7, 1965 in Chicago, a daughter of Darrel and Tangerine M. (DoPray) Lowe.
She is survived by her life partner, Vickie Pluemer of Dubuque, Iowa; two brothers, Darrel (Ramona) Lowe of Streator and William Lowe of Arkansas; two sisters, Sandy Hallam (Kenny) and Sherry Devers, both of Streator; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial contributions may be made to the humane society in care of Vickie Pluemer.
