Carolyn Kaye Lucas, 72 of Streator passed away Saturday, February 6, 2016 at her residence.
There will be a private family memorial service on Friday, February 12, 2016. A small gathering to celebrate her life will be held at 12:00 Noon Saturday at her home. Cremation rites have been accorded.
She was born September 11, 1943 in Hume, Illinois, the daughter of Dwain and Dorothy (McCown) Lucas.
She is survived by a daughter, Lisa (Brian) Hall of Bothell, WA; a son, Michael Costello of Golf Shores, AL; three grandchildren, Justin, Graham and Cassie; and three great grandchildren, Lennon, Leha and Alex.
Also surviving is her beloved companion of 34 years, Jim Limberg of Streator; and a brother, Jim (Diane) Lucas of Minneapolis / St. Paul, MN.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Ruth Ann Artmann.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
