STREATOR- Bob L. Foust 84 of Streator died Saturday (July 25, 2015) at his home.
Visitation will be from Noon-2:00 PM Saturday, followed immediately by funeral services at 2:00 PM both at Hagi Funeral Home. The Rev. John Gutz, will be officiating. Interment with full military rites conducted by members of American Legion Post # 217 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post # 1492 will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery, Streator.
Mr. Foust was born March 18, 1931 in Terra Haute Indiana, the son of John and Mabel (Wormwood) Foust.
He married Arlene Berta, whom he later divorced. She preceded him in death.
Bob had been employed as a dispatcher at Owens-Illinois Glass Co and Midwest Trucking, both of Streator and later owned and operated an appliance and TV repair business. He was of Lutheran faith. Bob was a veteran of the US Marine Corps, serving during the Korean War.
He is survived by four daughters, Arcena (Willie) Miller, Waynesville OH, Jeannine (Keith) Pummill, Wilmington OH, Ceyrrae (Bob) Bailey, Wilmington OH and Lori (Tim) Spencer, Lebanon OH, one son, Lance (Tina) Foust, Sugar Grove, 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and one sister, Gloria Wheaton.
Pallbearers will be Johnny “Dollar” Stephens, Jonathan Foust, Michael Bailey, James Hamilton, Zachary Ewen and Justin Pedersen.
Memorials may be made to the donor’s choice.
