Beverly Antolik

Beverly A. Antolik 75 of Streator died Thursday morning (June 2, 2011) at St. Mary’s Hospital, Streator.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 AM Monday at St. Michael the Archangel Church , Streator. Visitation will be from 8:00-11:00 AM Monday at Hagi Funeral Home, Streator. Burial will be in St. Stephen’s Cemetery, Streator.
Mrs. Antolik was born Apr. 28, 1936 in Streator the daughter of Floyd and Goldie (Dodge) Leslie. She married John Antolik Sept. 11, 1954 in Streator. He preceded her in death Nov. 1, 1999.
Beverly had been employed at Owens-Illinois Glass Co. Anthony Body Co., T & D Metal, Knoedler Manufacturing, Town and Country Motel and retired from Heritage Manor Nursing Home. She was a member of the former St. Stephen’s Church and currently belonged to St. Michael the Archangel Church . She attended Streator grade schools and Streator High School .
She is survived by two daughters, Cynthia “Cindy” (Harry) Smith, Susan (Bill) Dawson, two sons, Dale Antolik and Mark (Janet ) Antolik all of Streator, eleven grandchildren, twenty five great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren, six sisters, Elinor Holcomb, Betty Kendall, Carolyn Kendall all of Streator, Dorothy McDonald, Pontiac, Joan (David) Ostring and Donna Casey, both of Streator, two brothers, Raymond and Ronald Leslie both of Streator, several nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents, step father, one grandson, Brett Dawson, one great grandson, Collin Smith, two sisters and six brothers.
Pallbearers will be her grandchildren.
